- Jun Mihara left a unique mark on the girls' manga world from the 1970s to the 1990s with works such as "Hamidashikko," "Lou and Solomon," and "Sons. This exhibition features 37 works from his full-fledged art book "Jun Mihara All Color Works" (published by Hakusensha), which was published last year on the 25th anniversary of his death, as well as many preview cuts including illustrations discovered after the book was published. In addition, there will be high-resolution facsimile reproductions of original paintings, various goods, and "Jun Mihara All Color Works" for sale.

Born in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
Debuted in 1973 with "Bokura no Omiai" (Bessatsu Margaret, March issue).
From 1975, he wrote the "Hamidashi-kko" series, which was serialized in "Hana to Yume" for seven years, and won the enthusiastic support of readers. In addition to being highly acclaimed for her depiction of the inner world of human beings and her ability to compose stories, she was also extremely popular for her adorable character illustrations for magazine illustrations and supplements. His other works include "Lou and Solomon," "X Day," "Sons," and "Billy's Forest, Jody's Tree.
